Michelle Boone, APRN-BC, is one of the most experienced aesthetic nurse practitioners in Central Florida.
She has a vast experience with using many different lasers for hair, tattoo, and birthmark removal, pigment disorders, skin tightening and resurfacing, and photofacials. Additionally, she is well versed in leg vein treatments using laser and injection therapies, and she excels in facial contouring and enhancement with use of injectables such as Botox, fillers, and volumizers.
Michelle cared for patients for nearly 20 years as a critical care RN before pursuing further education at Emory University. She is a licensed nurse practitioner and holds a national certification in Women’s Health.
Michelle is a Fellow with the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). She has presented research on laser application in aesthetic surgery in Scotland, Texas, and Orlando.
Allergan, the manufacturer of Botox and Juvederm, has selected her to train other medical professionals. Today, Michelle does Botox injections in Orlando among several other services.
Today, Michelle is collaborating with double board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. George H. Pope.
Dr. Pope was recently voted “Best Plastic Surgeon” by Orlando Magazine readers for the second consecutive year. George H. Pope, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Contributing editor and lecturer, George H. Pope, M.D. holds his B.S. and M.D. from Louisiana State University. He gained his experience in surgery and Otolaryngology at Tulane Medical Center and the University of Connecticut. He later trained in Plastic Surgery at the University of Louisville.
Dr. Pope has practiced in Central Florida since 1988.

Julie Kearney, MSN, APRN-C, has served and cared for patients throughout the Central Florida community for more than 27 years. Michelle has known Julie for many years and previously worked with her at a plastic surgery office.
Julie holds a national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a graduate of George Washington University. She brings many years of experience across diverse areas of healthcare.
Amy Posillico
Medical Assistant, Licensed Esthetician, Certified Makeup Artist
Amy Posillico is the Licensed Esthetician for Michelle Boone Aesthetics. She is originally from southwest Virginia but has lived in Orlando for the past ten years with her husband, three children and six pets.
Before earning her CMA, with a focus on Obstetrics and Gynecology, Amy was a stay-at-home mom. She has since earned her Esthetics and Makeup Artistry degree from Cortiva Institute in Maitland.
Amy enjoys a quiet evening with a good book, watching movies or playing video games with her husband and children.
As Michelle’s Licensed Esthetician, Amy performs all types of skin care including a variety of facials and chemical peels as well as Microneedling. She is an expert with body contouring using radio frequency devices, Trusculpt and Pelleve. Eyelash Extensions and brow and lash tinting round out her vast knowledge of cosmetic procedures.
LoriAnn Armstrong
Medical Assistant
Lori Ann, originally from southern California, has traveled extensively throughout the US. She comes to us from her most recent residence in Lafayette Louisiana. Her desire to make people feel beautiful led her to pursue her esthetician career at Aveda Institute. She has been working in the cosmetic field since 2014. You may find LoriAnn helping upfront, on the phone, or assisting Michelle in the treatment room. In her spare time, she loves to scrapbook and spend time with her two children.
Melissa Bonilla
Front Desk Coordinator
Mellisa is the front desk coordinator at Michelle Boone Aesthetics and has been part of the practice since 2019.
She is originally from NY and has always had a flair for fashion and beauty. Melissa has experience in teaching, hospitality, and as a medical assistant. Because of her desire to help people, Melissa is very excited to join our practice and to help patients look and feel beautiful. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, spouse and pets. She loves reading, dancing, traveling shopping and volunteering.
